(Summary)Decrease of expression of tumor suppressor gene BLID was reported in many kind of tumor diseases, but consideration of treatment for these tumor deseases to this gene. In this study, the basic information of BLID gene and drug delivery system of this gene expression vector is discussed for investigation of the effect of molecular supplement nucleic acid drug of BLID gene to tumor diseases.
